With a focus on neuro-muscular and deep massage, she applies different modalities to encourage healing, enhance vitality, and bring relief from stress and pain.

Catherine believes the healing process should also be an educational one. She teaches each client about structure, biomechanics, and anything else that may be influencing their pain condition.

Catherine specializes in neck, jaw, and lower back pain. At the same time, hers is a whole-body approach. Most people find that problems they thought couldn't be helped resolve with the treatment of their primary complaint.
