Chris is a therapist and educator whose practice is grounded in traditional psychodynamic and developmental theory as well as mind-body and cognitive approaches to treatment. She has a background in education and a MA in clinical psychology from Trinity University with postgraduate training in child development and personality theory. In addition, she has extensive training in Hakomi body-centered therapy and other experiential therapies and techniques. Chris has worked intensively with adolescent girls and adults with eating disorders for the past ten years.
