Chris is a therapist and educator whose practice is grounded in traditional psychodynamic and developmental theory as well as mind-body and cognitive approaches to treatment.
She has a background in education and a MA in clinical psychology from Trinity University with postgraduate training in child development and personality theory. In addition, she has extensive training in Hakomi body-centered therapy and other experiential therapies and techniques.
Chris has worked intensively with adolescent girls and adults with eating disorders for the past ten years. She works with nonprofits focused on the arts, education, and the environment, and she offers consultation to public and private schools and community groups.
